AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION

Bloemfontein is very popular for conferences and tournaments and therefore it is important to plan ahead, thereby avoiding the disappointment of not getting accommodation. Block bookings have been made at hostels & guesthouses.

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Rooms will be available from 14:00 on the day of your arrival. The rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of your departure.

BOOKINGS

Special rates have been negotiated for your group, therefore all bookings must be done directly with Advanced Events.

    1. All bookings and payments will go through Advanced Events as the hostels cannot take individual bookings and payments.
    2. In all hostels people will share 2-3 per room and linen is included. ( Singles only on special request)
    3. Bathrooms will be separated for male and female.
    4. The Protea Central Hotel has a special rate for 4 persons p/room – all on separate single beds

PAYMENT

You will be required to pay a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. The balance should be paid by 8 November 2007. The account details are Advanced Events; STANDARD Bank; Brandwag; Code 055534; Acc 041285581.

DEADLINE

No accommodation can be guaranteed. Delegates will be assisted in the same order their accommodation registration forms and payments are received.

Following are some rates of Guesthouses/hostels/backpackers. All the accommodation venues are close to CUT where the tournament is taking place. Special rates have been negotiated because we made block bookings. Prices at guesthouses are a GUIDELINE ONLY and are subject to change!!   Indicate your first and second choice for accommodation on the booking form as requested. After completion of the booking form, you can fax/e-mail it as indicated to Advanced Events to enable us to confirm the booking and assess availability for other delegates.
