TO ALL REGIONS AND MEMBERS OF  THE COMMITTEE

There are several requests that the U/10's must play in the afternoon because they get into bed too late when they play in the evening and then do not get enough rest. For the Local Organising Committee this is no problem.

We request all Regions please to comment as soon as possible on this matter.

Photo's: The team photo's of the U/10's will be taken on Monday, 8th December just after the first round. The photographer will be available through the entire morning.

We URGENT need the Text Files generated by using the program provided to you. If you have any problems, please contact Gunther or Tinus. Time is running out!

SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR REGISTRATION OF TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS
UPDATED 10 OCTOBER

This is an update.  Please re-install the software.  You will not loose any information already saved.  But it is advised that you make a backup of your union's file before installing.

2.  When printing your union's ID cards:  Unions must use the following coloured paper to print on.  Please use 40gg-80gg (thik) paper (cardboard-like):  The reason is to destinguish between unions (colour coding for the event):  Please make sure that the coloured paper is not to dark otherwise the printing will not be visible.  Once all cards have been printed (before laminating), paste an ID size photo of players, managers and coaches in the appropriate space on the card.
